The evaporator works under classical principles of Horizontal
Shell and Tube Flooded cooler with a bundle pack and
integral Surge Drum, however, the only difference is
that in this design the foot print is extremely small
and the Surge Drum is Vertical. All the other controls
would be similar to a shell and tube flooded evaporator,
i.e., Liquid Feed Valves, Back Pressure Regulator, Level
Control and Column, but we suggest to use Pulse Width
Valve for liquid feed due to the very high efficiency
of the plates in order to avoid nuisance trips.

Our latest product is the Shell and Plate Exchanger which
is ideal for various types of applications. It has excellent
qualities of high mechanical strength, inherent to Shell Technology
and superior heat transfer characteristics, inherent to Plate
Technology. We all know that Nickel Brazed Exchangers have miserably
failed and there has been numerous cases of leakage. This product
is LEAK-FREE!! Every unit is designed and constructed per ASME
Section VIII, Division 1. For Canadian applications CRN will
be provided.
We are promoting Flooded and DX version Evaporators, Thermosyphon
Oil Coolers, Condensers, and other Liquid to Liquid heat exchangers.
Each Plate Pack is Laser Welded and there are no GASKETS!!!
whereas, in Semi-Welded Exchangers each port has a gasket per
cassette!! Many people don't know this and the other manufacturers
will not volunteer this very important fact. Well! we will.
Its our philosophy to acquaint the customer with the pros and
cons of every product so they can make the final selection.
